Virtual CIO Services
Managed Services (Proactive Monthly IT Maintenance Plans)
Proactively maintain your systems to prevent downtime and minimize tech support calls and spending.
We apply fixes from each individual incident we resolve to all clients similarly configured using our service, often solving issues before they impact our other users.
We test patches and updates before applying them to computers to prevent update related outages.
We provide AntiVirus and Malware protection, mitigation and remediation.
We optimize computers and proactively react to issues such as low disk space, failing hard drives, hardware damage, etc.
We apply corporate security standards to protect the company from malware, hacking and user caused issues.
Clients on a managed service plan receive a 30% discount on hourly labor charges and most service is capped at 3.5 hours per incident.
There is no trip charge for managed service clients.
The goal of proactive services is to lower the total cost of ownership and reduce corporate liability.
Supplemental Support Services (Pay-As-You-Go Tech Support)
This is the service plan for clients not on our managed service plan.
Service is billed hourly, with a 1-hour minimum and a trip charge.
There is no cap on the number of hours per incident, but we provide an estimate before starting work on request.
Managed Network Infrastructure Services
We provide enterprise level networking equipment including routers, switching and wireless access points.
We manage these devices, replace or upgrade as needed.
This service ensures excellent network performance for clients and improves network reliability.
This service also enhances network security.
We provide LTE backup to ensure Internet connectivity for clients during an ISP outage.
When paired with a backup battery, this ensures continuous company operation in all circumstances.
Hosted Exchange Secure Corporate Email
This service is the most secure corporate email system, exceeding that of Office365, GMail and POP/IMAP.
In 20-years offering this service none of our client emails have been hacked.
It is a virtual private server for your company, not shared with other companies.
Pricing is on-par with Office365.
Fully Outlook and Mac Mail compliant.
Fully iOS and Android compliant.
Office365 Management and Licensing
We offer Office365 Licenses, which includes tech support.
We also support Office365 licensed outside of our company, however tech support is not included and is instead billed at your standard rate.
Our licenses are month-to-month instead of the 1-year commitment required by Microsoft and other resellers, meaning that you can reduce your license count and monthly cost when your business experiences a staffing reduction.
We manage Office365 for you including applying security and industry best practices to protect your company from malicious actors.
Website and Domain Name Management and Hosting
We offer full service website and domain name management backed by GoDaddy infrastructure.
The account and contents belong to your company and are billed directly by GoDaddy, but serviced by us.
Other custom service offerings
We also offer customized services to many clients to address specific concerns or needs.
One such service is our secure email relay service provided at no cost to current clients.
Secure email relay is a way to relay emails from copiers, scanners, websites, etc through a secure dedicated system for each client.
Most copier companies setup copiers to relay through a single shared Gmail email account, which allows anyone with the credentials to that account to view all sent scans, including technicians and all clients where these copiers are installed.
This is a massive security risk and liability for clients which we are addressed with this free service.
