Submit a Support Request from your desktop.

The Celeratec eProActive client has been upgraded to version 4 and  one of the many new features is the ability to submit a Support Request right from your desktop quickly without the need to create or send an email.

This video will demonstrate this feature and also instruct you in the use of the Windows 10 screen grab clipping feature activated by using SHIFT+WINDOWS+S

(The same procedure works on Apple computers too, look for the icon in the tool bar near the time at the top of your screen)
