How to add a M365 email to your iPhone or iPad (IOS 18+)

1. On an IPhone or IPad, open your device's settings and scroll down to "Apps":


2. Search for the Mail app in your App Inventory:


3. Open the Mail app and Select "Mail Accounts"


4. Click "Add Account"

5. Select "Microsoft Exchange" as your Email Platform.


6. Enter your email in the email section (Yellow). The Description section is how you would like your email to appear in your inbox(Red). Then click "Next".

7. When prompted to choose between Configure Manually or Sign In, tap Sign In.


8. You’ll be redirected to the Microsoft sign-in page. Tap Continue.


9. Enter your email password here.

10. Complete the verification using Microsoft Authenticator or your third-party authentication method.


11. Once approved, please select which applications you would like to work with your email.



12. You've Successfully Added your email to your IOS Device, WOOHOO!!


Check your inbox and make sure your email is populating, please take into consideration that the email needs time to update before all emails are available.
