1) Log into your website and click Manage next to your Managed WordPress to open the Managed WordPress Control Panel
2) Click Manage next Staging
3) On the Staging Management Screen, Click Actions in the Staging Site Section and then click Sync Sites
4) In the Sync Sites Dialogue, Click Push staging to production and then Sync.
Voila, you should be done.
Made a mistake? You can restore the production site from backup.
